We use our best endeavours to give you correct information, however in the fast changing world of travel we can sometimes get caught out, we therefore do not guarantee that our rates are always be correct, please refer to your written confirmation invoice for the full cost of your travel arrangements.

Tax may or may not be included in our prices, please check your quote carefully, if taxes are included it will be clearly shown.

There will inevitable be restrictions of one sort or another you will find these on the terms and conditions page.

You are required to only use the first and last names in your passport to book your travel arrangements with us.

You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance for the journey you propose to take; we have suitable policies for most people, click here.

Should you have any reason to complain please use any of the contact points listed on the contact page to communicate with our manager.

Refunds are made in only one of two ways, by cheque if you have made payments by cheque or cash, or if payment was made by any kind of debit or credit card then the card in question will be refunded.

All online payments are secure and are scrutinised for fraudulent activity, any bookings that are thought to be fraudulent will not be processed, and the police and the card company will be notified.
